Refund Policy for Couples Retreat:
We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes plans must be adjusted. Please take note of our refund policy regarding the cost of our couples retreat:
- Cancellation Requests:
- If you need to cancel your attendance at the retreat, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
- Cancellation requests received 30 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a full refund of the retreat cost.
- Cancellation requests received after the specified deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Non-Attendance:
- If you do not attend the retreat or provide prior notice, no refund will be issued for the retreat cost.
- Partial Attendance:
- If you attend the retreat but choose to depart early or miss certain sessions, no partial refund will be provided for the unused portion of the retreat.
- Refund Process:
- Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Please note that certain non-refundable fees, such as administrative or processing fees, may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Transfer of Registration:
- In some cases, we may allow the transfer of your registration to another individual. Please get in touch with us for more information regarding this option.
