Refund Policy – Couples Retreat

Refund Policy for Couples Retreat:

We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes plans must be adjusted. Please take note of our refund policy regarding the cost of our couples retreat:

Cancellation Requests:

If you need to cancel your attendance at the retreat, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests received 30 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a full refund of the retreat cost.
Cancellation requests received after the specified deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Attendance:

If you do not attend the retreat or provide prior notice, no refund will be issued for the retreat cost.

Partial Attendance:

If you attend the retreat but choose to depart early or miss certain sessions, no partial refund will be provided for the unused portion of the retreat.

Refund Process:

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that certain non-refundable fees, such as administrative or processing fees, may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Transfer of Registration:

In some cases, we may allow the transfer of your registration to another individual. Please get in touch with us for more information regarding this option.
