What do workshop sessions entail?
In the workshop sessions we will teach you skills that have been proven to work with couples that are having issues with communication and connection. You will get the opportunity to practice these skills throughout the weekend.
Will we be doing couples therapy sessions just as a couple?
Due to time constraints of the weekend we won’t have time to do individual couple sessions with each couple. They will also be available to schedule couples therapy sessions post retreat to continue the work you have started at the retreat.
